He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent K. Kayes and Mary Kayes (Gayson); his wife Jeanne Marie Kayes; and his sisters, Maryann Kayes and Michelle Curtis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Yvonne Warthmann (Charlie), Kathleen Nardella (Richard) and Jeanne Marie Parker (Donny); his brother Kenneth Kayes; and his grandchildren, Heather Pathak (Amit), Danielle Bell (Rahman), Timothy Weed, Colleen Kraus (Adam) and Lacey Gonzalez. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Vincent's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, an organization close to his heart.
