She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasquale Sasso and Concetta Sasso (Albarelli); her husband Anthony J. Verdiglione; and her siblings, Porfidio, Luciano, Anthony and Anna.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gloria Maggi (Joseph) of New Windsor, NY and Donna Verdiglione-Hazan (Mitchell) of Orefield, PA; her grandchildren, Joseph (Kristin), John (Tricia), Michael (Marisa), Anthony (Becca) and Andrea; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Andrew and Jack.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Quigley-Sullivan Funeral Home Inc. (337 Hudson St, Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY 12520). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Thomas of Canterbury Church (340 Hudson St, Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY 12520). A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 12:15 PM at the St. Peter's Cemetery (52 Tyler Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310).
