She was predeceased by : her parents, William T. Mayer and Betty Mayer (Noonan); and her daughter Annie Cring. She is survived by : her husband David R. Steitz; her children, Marcy J. Steitz (David Behan) and James Steitz of Cornwall, NY; her grandchildren, Ryan Bockelmann, Trisha Bahorik, Michael, Jason Cring and Isaac Steitz; her great grandchild Khaleesi Bahorik; and her sister Jane Maroon. She is also survived by her family, friends.
