“Napoleon Flores was a master at his craft. For 30 years, he was the only person I entrusted with my family heirloom timepieces. He knew more about watchmaking and watch repair than anyone I knew. He took with him a vast body of knowledge he gained in well over 60 years of service. With Napoleon, watch maintenance and repair was a passionate art form. More importantly, Napoleon was a kind and generous man. Farewell dear friend; may your eternal timepiece in heaven keep ticking forever.”
