He is survived by: his wife Regina Reber Rawleigh; his children, Bruce A. Rawleigh, Jr. of Birdsall and Sarah Roy of Madison; his grandchildren, Maygan Roy, Bradley and Gavin Rawleigh; and his sisters, Nancy Balecia and Lois Persyn.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Crown Alliance Church (1 Bellevue Ave, Cortland, NY 13045).
In lieu flowers, memorial contributions in Mr. Rawleigh's name are asked to consider the American Cancer Society.
