She is survived by: her mother Dawn Church; her children, Hollie Williams and Michael Williams; her grandchildren, Maddison, Jackson and Sophia; her siblings, Kathy Case (Jodi), Amy Lamarre (William) and George Church Jr.; and her sister-in-law Cathy Church. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
