She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Herman and Margaret Sutton Herman; her husband Raymond K. Russell Sr.; and her son Steven Russell. She is survived by: her children, Brian Russell, Raymond Russell (Debbie), Betty Gray and Cindy Russell; and her cousin Marion. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home (9 Lincoln Ave, Cortland, NY 13045). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home Inc. (9 Lincoln Ave, Cortland, NY 13045). A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Truxton Cemetery.
