It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Duane Phillips of Cortland, New York, who passed away on December 24, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George Phillips and Edith Phillips (West); his wife Delores Phillips (Allen); his sister Shirley Wyatt; his son Darrin Phillips; and his son-in-law Troy Pierce.

He is survived by : his children, Michael Phillips, Rebecca Giessman (Andrew) and Tamara Pierce; and his grandchildren, Jason Phillips (Kristi), Shannon Goggin (Shaughn), Shaun and Olivia Giessman. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
