She was predeceased by: her parents, William Button and Iva Howser Button; her husband Charles E. Owen; and her brothers, Raymond and Robert Button.
She is survived by: her children, Darrell C. Owen (Kathy) of Mocksville, NC, Thomas F. Owen (Terri) of Cincinnatus, NY and Sharlene M. Boyden of Homer, NY. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home Inc. (9 Lincoln Ave, Cortland, NY 13045). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
