He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Mullen and Mary Mullen (Wilkins); his wife Elizabeth; and his siblings, Mary Molyneaux and Joseph Mullen.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Mullen, Diane Brown (James) and James Mullen; his grandchildren, Ryan J. Mullen and Bella M. Mullen; his sister-in-law Genevieve Ferro; and his daughter-in-law Michelle Mullen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home, Inc. (9 Lincoln Ave, Cortland, NY 13045). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary’s Church.
