He was predeceased by: his parents, George Francis and Margaret McKinney Francis; and his granddaughter Kelley Smith. He is survived by: his wife Muriel Francis; and his children, Stephen Francis (Paula), Linda Francis-Pike, Kevin Smith (Beth), Crystal Paninski (Rick), Deborah Gower (William) and Diana Knickerbocker. He is also survived by his several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
