She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Stearns and Agnes Stearns (Cartwright); her husband Terry; her brothers, Lloyd and Cleo Stearns; and her in-laws, William Bulger III, Catherine and Raymond Niehus.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Bulger of Baltimore and Elizabeth Bulger of Baltimore; and her siblings-in-law, Eleanore Stearns (late Cleo), Margaret Grant (late Michael), Susan Bulger (late William), Timothy Bulger (Linda) and James Bulger (Helen). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
