She is survived by: her children, Hollie Phillips (Hassan) and Jeremie Hale (Erica); and her grandchildren, Mandie Galvin, Blaik Hale, Ashton James, Bentley Michael, Oakley Marie, Antonia Hale and Jeremie Hale Jr.. She is also survived by Nieces & Nephews.

She was a Wellness Coordinator at the Liberty Commons Assisted Living Center connected to the Regional Medical Center where she oversaw the Elderly short & long term patients while also running the Alzheimer's Unit.
