He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Vernon, Irene Moses, Alfred and Martha Mazzone. He is survived by: his parents, Joanne Moses Sweeney (Matthew) of Homer and Paul Mazzone (Nancy) of North Carolina; his sister Jill Mazzone (David Manning); his nephew Connor Freeman of Virginia; and his half-brother Nick Mazzone of North Carolina. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages you to donate to an organization that is meaningful to you that supports animal rescue, substance abuse, homelessness, or aids those actively trying to get back on their feet again.
