He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Marks and Brenda Dann. He is survived by: his wife Ida Marks; his children, William Haynes of Endwell, N. Y. and Sharmaine Rehberg (John) of Glen Aubrey, N. Y.; and his sisters-in-law, Majorie Marks and Jo Marks. He is also survived by His Grand Children and Great Grand Children, several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
