She was predeceased by: her parents, David Eddy Meade and Mildred Clark Meade; her husband Gary Decker; her brother David Emery Meade; and her great-nephew David Emery Meade.
She is survived by: her son Gary (Lisa); her grandsons, Matthew (Sarah) and Gary; her sister-in-law Linda Meade; her sibling's children, David Eddy Meade (Patti) and Heather Chansler (Eric); her great-nieces, Michelle Meade, Jennifer Meade, Stephanie Meade and Britani Chansler; her great-nephew Erik Chansler; and her great grandchild Quinn Schrader.
