With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Shirley Casey (Cortland, New York), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Sherman (Phyllis) and Charlotte Treacy (Frances); her siblings, Yvonne Hitchcock, Beverly Smith, Sylvia Hammond and Tim Sherman; and her daughter Rebecca Lafever.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly Card (Doug), Mark Bohanan (Jennifer) and Keith Woodard; and her siblings, Pat Shaver, Cynthia Kimbrough (Carl), Kimberly Everidge (Rubin), Susan Haynes (Dan), Dana Sherman, Neil Sherman, Howard Sherman and Harold Sherman. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
A burial was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Glenwood Cemetery (7 NY-281, Cortland, NY 13045).
