He is survived by: his wife Connie Stevens; his children, Laura Stevens, Tiffany Allen, Jason Hartwick (Jennah), Timothy Hartwick (Mickey) and Travis Hartwick; his children-in-law, Kevin Allen and Ashly Hartwick; and his siblings, Eric Griffith, Kelly and Douglas Stevens.
