She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Cleveland and Edith Cleveland (Butkevich); her husband William D. Patrick; and her children, Mark W. Patrick and Debra A. Patrick.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Northrup of West Coxsackie, Lynda Powell of Ravena and James Patrick of California; and her sister Alice Winnie of West Virginia. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
