He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert H. Esslie and Alice J. Staker; his wife Sandra (Bishop); his sons, Michael W. Esslie (Denise) and Mark J. Esslie (Linda); his grandchildren, Matthew, Hannah, Andrew, Samantha and Jessica; his sister Joan Bourque (Rick); his niece Leah Borruso (Curt); his great-nephew Tanner Borruso (Tessa); and his grandmother Catherine Staker.
