With sadness, we share the passing of Bernard Bierman of Croton on Hudson, New York. Bernard, born on September 26, 1933, passed away on September 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Kamienka and David Bierman. He is survived by: his wife Carol Schelper; his children, Steven Bierman and Suanne Laqueur; his grandchildren, Ryan Bierman, Aiden Bierman, Julie Laqueur and Alexander Laqueur (AJ); his sister Evelyn Rothstein; his siblings-in-law, Susan and Bill Salvaterra; and his nieces and nephews, Andy Rothstein, Mitchell Rothstein, Richard Rothstein, Miriam Rothstein, Lisa Higgins, Michele Snyder and Nolan Schelper.
A wake was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Edward F Carter Funeral Home (41 Grand St, Croton-On-Hudson, NY 10520).
