It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diana Ruth Kahler of Crown Point, New York, who passed away on March 13, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold B. Barnett and Maude Genevia Barnett (Putnam); her husband Jim; and her siblings, Joyce Bain, Ted Barnett and Jean Harrington.

She is survived by : her children, Doreen Kahler Abrahamsen (Gary Durham), Dawn Kahler Hagemeier (Guido Hagemeier), Darlene Kahler Gough (Dolly) and James Kahler (Debra); her grandchildren, Jessa, Noelle, Rachel, Nora and Lauren; and her great grandchildren, Leighanna and Abigail. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations in memory of Diana may be made to the Crown Point Hammond Library, the First Congregational Church of Crown Point, or the North Country SPCA.
