She is survived by: her husband William L. Hasard; her mother Roxane M. Struchen of Portville; her siblings, Lezlee A. Spink (Fran Patz) of Butler, PA. and Bradley M. Spink (Jenni Young) of Olean; her siblings-in-law, Kim Hasard of Cuba and Mindy Spink of Massachusetts; her stepsiblings, Ron Caskey (Bonnie), Saralynn Keck (Joe), Don and Joan Struchen; and her siblings' children, Sean Spink (Debbie), Kevin Spink (Diana), Cari Cummings (Geno), Amy Bennett (Brian) and Kelly Zetwick (Cork).
