He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth Mosman and Valeta Mosman (Fiester). He is survived by: his wife Sally E. Smith; his children, Scott Mosman (Leslie) of Rochester, Mark Mosman of Leicester, Julie Mosman of Leicester, Andrew Kester (Debra) of Clarksville, Tammy O'Brien (James) of Spring Hill, Tennessee and Sarah Miller (Chris) of Huntsville, Texas.; and his sister Alice Hunt (Julian) of Newfield. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
