He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Rutledge Cooper and Vivian Cooper (Swain); and his son Jeffrey Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Cooper (Bearfield); his children, Gregory Cooper of Vero Beach, FL, Stephen Cooper (Sheila) of North Tonawanda, NY, Kathleen Cooper of Chambersburg, PA, Rosalie Cooper of Cheyenne, WY and Anne Cooper of Port St; and his sister Judy Illerbrun. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc. (9 Bull, Cuba, NY 14727). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
