She was predeceased by: her parents, Jospeh J. Piccolo and Victoria Piccolo (Sinabaldi); her husband Patrick N. "Scott" McPhee; and her sister Patricia Obstarczyk. She is survived by: her children, Shannen McPhee (David Kumpf) of Cuba, Ian McPhee of Cuba and Ross McPhee (Angela) of Coatesville, Pennsylvania; her grandson Lucian of Cuba; her significant other Scott Barrey of Cuba; her sisters, Geraldine Neff of North Tonawanda and Vickie Williams of Buffalo; and her daughter-in-law Alicia McPhee of Olean. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc. (9 Bull, Cuba, NY 14727). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home (9 Bull, Cuba, NY 14727).
