He is survived by: his wife Valerie; his children, Jason Middaugh (Tiffany) of Andover, Wayne Middaugh Jr. (Kim) of Friendship, Bryce Middaugh of Scio, Ryan Powers (Megan) of Belfast and Duane Powers (Sarah) of Belfast; his grandchildren, Xaiden, Hailey, Marlaina, Paittain, Bryce, Kamryn, Rhys, Hannah, Jackson and Libby; his sister Lori Smith (Bruce); and his nieces and nephews, Steven Middaugh (Joleen), Cassy Crowner (Kyle), Robbie Smith (Lauren) and Conner Smith (Jordan).
