He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Neu and Martha Neu; his wife Phyllis J. Childs; his son Michael Neu (Kathleen); and his siblings, Gladys Carr (Richard), Marguerite Hepker (Francis) and Otto Neu.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathie Neu Organ (David), Nancy Burdick (James) and Bonita Hennard (Michael); his daughter-in-law Kathleen Neu (Michael); his grandchildren, Mark Neu (Eliaza), Jeffrey Neu (Jennifer), Cynthia Matheny (John), Laurel Comstock (Scott), Amanda Burdick (Willfredo Santana), Josiah Hennard (Heather), Melissa Hennard and Ethan Hennard; his great grandchildren, Claudia Neu, Patrick Neu, Lauren Neu, Chester Matheny (Kelsey), Peyton Matheny (Hannah Drake), Audria, Naomi, Brianna Comstock, Colton Comstock, Joshua Neu and Aubrey Hennard; and his great great grandchild Dawson Matheny. He is also survived by sister-in-law Patricia (Lawrence) Learn; cousins, nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
