With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth E. Holden (Cuba, New York), who passed away on April 3, 2026 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hester Moses and Nellie Lee Moses (McClure); her adoptive father Hugh Bradley DeYoe; her husband Lewis L. Holden, Sr.; her son Hugh Reuben Holden; her granddaughter Alicia Bradley; and her siblings, Harriet Michalski (William), Raymond Moses (Mary), Eva Stook (Francis), James Moses (Anna), Walter Moses (Gladys), Guy Moses (Lois), Donald Moses (Geraldine) and Ruby Allen (Wayne).
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Luckey (James) of Black Creek, Frances Young (Michael), Mary Ellen James (William), Joyce Amundson (William) and Lewis Holden, Jr. (Cheryl). She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 43 Great Grandchildren, and 17 Great Great Grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Memorial may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
