He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Reginald "Jack" Exton and Marjorie "Charlie" Exton (Ellis); his wife Linda L. Pierce; his children, William C. Exton, Jr. (Lisa) of Georgia and Amee Jada (Sanjay) of Florida; his grandchildren, Marilyn, Cameron, Hunter, David and Aryel; and his siblings, Michael Roberts (June) of Honeoye Falls, NY and Kristin Exton of California. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
