She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Terry Lowell and Constance "Connie" Lowell (Schneider); her husband Martin "Marty" Howard; her children, Terra Allen of Virginia and Eric Howard (Kelsey Trybushyn) of Vermont; her grandchildren, Parker and Charlotte; her siblings-in-law, Wendy Downey, Susan Timothy and Daniel Howard; and her aunts and uncles, Nancy Lowell, Kathy Schneider, Bradley Lowell and William Schnieider. She was also cherished by un Aunt of her family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dalton United Methodist Church (10074 State St, Dalton, NY 14836). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
