She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Hager; her children, Larry Lucas and Sandra Lucas Harmon; her parents, Annie Lyons and Ennis Allison; her siblings, Elwood Allison, Cecil Allison, Grace Allison Campbell, Ella Allison Raffa and Mabel Allison Smith; and her granddaughter Cathy Caldwell Marsden.

She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Lucas Caldwell and Pamela Lucas Severin (John). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
