She was predeceased by: her husband Harold "Jim" Phelps; her son-in-law Richard Schmitter; and her brothers, Richard Killenbec and James Killenbec. She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Schmitter of Keller, TX, Brenda Jackson (Charlie) of Freehold, NY and Barbara Phelps (Dale Bolton) of Rochester, NY; her grandchildren, Joe Jackson (Tanya) and Cathleen Goodwin (Peter); her great grandchildren, Olivia, Mackenzie and Dillon; her sisters, Janice Pelow, Edith Matott, Carolyn DeWaay, Patricia Phillips, Kay Brott and Betty Smith; and her sisters-in-law, Kay Killenbec and Linda Killenbec. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, the American Heart Association, or the Alzheimer's Association.
