She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Burke and Geraldine Burke (Mathis); her husband Albert Hardies; her grandchildren, Jacob, Kara and Nicholas Hardies; and her brothers, David, Roger and Dennis Burke.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Hardies (Truman Gleason) of Atlanta, Scott Hardies of California, Kelly Whitcher (Dean) of Rush and Jeffrey Hardies (Kimberly) of Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Adam Cunningham, Becca D'Ambra (Cory), Torry Whitcher (Maggie) and Jared Hardies (Jane Schneider); and her great grandchildren, Niko D'Ambra and Bennie Whitcher.
