He was predeceased by: his wife Tillie Pollen Scholz. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Scholz, Philip (Jamie Scholz) and Joseph (Denise Scholz).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Deer Park - Mangano Family (1701 Deer Pk Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729). A prayer will be held on Sunday, September 7th 2025 from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at the Calverton National Cemetery (210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11933-1031).
