He is survived by: his wife Helene; his children, Michele Ouwerkerk and Suzanne Ammon; his son-in-law Kenny Ouwerkerk; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Ryan Ouwerkerk; and his sister Joan Rzonca. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
