She was predeceased by: her parents, Erol and Olga. She is survived by: her husband Georges O. Andre; and her children, Martha, Daphine (Dimitry LaForest) and Russel O. Andre.
Her memory will be cherished deeply by her family and friends, and her contributions to the nursing field will be remembered with great respect.
