He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Sebok and Dorothy Sebok; and his sister Jane Sebok. He is survived by: his wife Carol Sebok; his children, Daniel Sebok and Jennifer Sebok; and his brothers, Bill Sebok (Cathy) and Bob Sebok (late Dawn).
