Though Leonard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Leonard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Frances D'Angelo. He is survived by: his children, Anthony D'Angelo (Elizabeth), Diane Dente (Albert) and Thomas D'Angelo (Noreen). He is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Deer Park - Mangano Family (1701 Deer Pk Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729). A prayer was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 10:15 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. An entombment was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at the Pinelawn Memorial Park (2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
