He is survived by: his wife Pat of Stephen's Church; his daughter Denise Bush of Watertown, NY; his grandsons, John Bush of Florida and Mark Bush of Watertown; and his sisters, Chrissy (Paul Monnat), Sheila (Gaylen Roggie) and Eleanor Bush of Croghan.
