She was predeceased by: her parents, Achsa Mae Kouse (Allen) and Edward Kenneth Kouse; and her brother Robert G. Kouse Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Virgil C. Rose, Jr.; her daughter Melissa A. Rose of Esperance; and her siblings, Barbara Robinson of Fly Creek, NY, Kenneth Kouse of Milford, DE and Roberta Mcgonigal of Oneonta.
