The family announces the passing of Cindy A. Skala of Delanson, New York on August 21, 2026. Cindy, born on November 14, 1957 in Cortland, New York, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Cindy will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Cindy by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Cindy is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Cindy’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Skip" Palmer and Barbara Palmer (Barrow); and her sister Cheryl Palmer. She is survived by: her husband Bob; her daughter Corinne Skala (Sam Wiley); and her pet Marty. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and close friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Christ Episcopal Church (132 Duanesburg Churches Rd, Delanson, NY 12056).
