He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Wengenack and Anna Saltys Wengenack; his wife Carol J. Wengenack; and his granddaughter Sandra Film. He is survived by : his children, Cheryl Film (William), James Wengenack (Susan), Darren Wengenack and Tammy Wengenack (Marie Miklic); his grandchildren, Amanda Skop (Matt), Jared Wengenack (Tiffany), Travis Wengenack (Maegan) and Alissa Wengenack (Adam); his great grandchildren, Logan, Bailey, Avery Skop, Dean and Roy Wengenack; his siblings, Genevieve Prime and George Wengenack; and his siblings-in-law, Gordon Grippin, Pauline Grippin and Dorothy Grippin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the White-Van Buren Funeral Home (1779 Main St, Delanson, NY 12053). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
