As Sandra departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Sandra may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Sandra leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William DeVos and Sophia DeVos; and her siblings, Catherine Agans and William DeVos. She is survived by: her sons, William Huber of Albany, NY, Carl Huber (Aubrey) of Penfield, NY and Sandy; her brother Kenneth DeVos; and her husband Russ. She is also survived by her two sons and daughter-in-law, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
