Shirley A. Ostermann Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Shirley A. Ostermann of Delanson, New York. Shirley, born on March 19, 1937, passed away on September 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Cross and Alice Cross (Bellinger); and her siblings, Kenneth Ecker, Ernest Ecker, Eleanor Haverly-Ecker, Lorraine Clark-Ecker and Gerald "Bud" Cross.
She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Ostermann; her children, Deb Rosko (Joseph) and Robert R. Ostermann (Colleen); her grandchildren, Autumn Bender, Rebecca Fay, Robert D. Ostermann and Tyler J. Ostermann; her great grandchildren, Oliver Ostermann, Julian Ostermann and Hayden Ostermann; and her brother Norman Griffen (Margaret) of Galway. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Langan Funeral Home (327 Main St, Schoharie, NY 12157). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In view of Shirley's love of all living things, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Animal Shelter of Schoharie Valley, PO Box 40, Howes Cave, NY 12092.
