He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Ralph and Martha Violet Clarke (Burke); and his siblings, Eugene, April and Jeffrey Clarke.

He is survived by : his daughter Kelly M. Spagnolo (Dave) of Niagara Falls; and his siblings, Susan Frank (Stanley) of Loveland, CO, Paul R. Clarke (Kathy) of Canon City, CO and Dianne Lewis of Loveland, CO. He is also survived by three grandchildren, seven nieces and five nephews.
