With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth D. Clarke of Delevan, New York, born in Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away on January 18, 2024 at the age of 68. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kenneth D. Clarke to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Ralph and Martha Violet Clarke (Burke); and his siblings, Eugene, April and Jeffrey Clarke.

He is survived by : his daughter Kelly M. Spagnolo (Dave) of Niagara Falls; and his siblings, Susan Frank (Stanley) of Loveland, CO, Paul R. Clarke (Kathy) of Canon City, CO and Dianne Lewis of Loveland, CO. He is also survived by three grandchildren, seven nieces and five nephews.

Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
