He is survived by: his parents, Roy Matuszak and Patricia Matuszak (Peckham); his wife Vickie Matuszak (Barr); his daughter Katie Welch of Machias; his brother Corey Matuszak (Amy) of Brant; and his grandchildren, Nylah, Quad, Skylar and Kingsley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
