He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Kulaski (Ambrusko); and his friends, Jay Wilson (Abby), John Maney, David Reynolds, John Nealis, Eric Pipa and Kurt Mable.
He is survived by: his father William Kulaski, Jr. (Linda Lou Weaver); his wife Margarita Costes; his stepdaughter Maddy Lieberman (Scott); his brother William Kulaski, III (Lisa); his nephew William Kulaski, IV of Delhi; and his friends, Chris Brigati, Paul Faulhaber, Bruce Geller, Andrew Litchfield and Charles Prisco. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of David to the David Kulaski Memorial Scholarship Fund in care of Hall & Peet Funeral Home, Delhi.
