It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Edward Penny of Delhi, New York, born in Mount Vernon, New York, who passed away on September 6, 2023, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Penny and Florence Penny. He is survived by: his wife Grace Penny (Langewisch); his children, Janice Whittaker (Joe) of DeLancey, Keith Penny (Dawn Donovan) of Syracuse, Diane Fricano of Syracuse and Mark Penny (Wendy) of Ilion; and his grandchildren, Jenna, Jennifer, Daniel, Sarah, Nicole, Monica, Brittany, Hannah and Brock. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
