In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfield Baxter and Marguerite Baxter (Secord); and his brother James Baxter. He is survived by: his nieces, Melanie Baxter of Delhi and Maureen Baxter of Hamden; his nephew Robert Baxter of Bovina; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaitlin, Mackenzie, Amber, Brittani, Evan and Damon.
